Most people first enroll during their Initial Enrollment Period around their 65th birthday. After that, the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period runs October 15 through December 7 each year, when you can change your Advantage or Part D plan. Certain life events can also qualify you for a Special Enrollment Period. We help you understand which window applies to you.
